I have a pair of jeans that a couple weeks ago were so tight, I could put them on but they looked bad. Now, I just wore them three days in a row because they looked good. Some of my jeans, I actually have to pull up. Down to 152 pounds, Hookey is listening to Mercy Medical Center team trainer Dave Faur, who encourages her to look at body composition and not worry so much about the number. His goal for me is to have more muscle mass and not body fat, she said. He has me looking at things like how my clothes fit. The mother of four boys has been steadily losing weight since her last delivery seven months ago. Thats keeping me happy, she said. A Mercy dietitian has Hookey on a 1,600 calorie-per-day plan, since shes still doing some nursing, and she finds it difficult to meet that quota.... | |

The members of the Board of Nutrition and Dietetics are Emelda C. Peralta, Chairman; Virgith B. Buena and Azucena B. Limbo, Members. The results were released in one (1) working day from the last day of examination. Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, July 24, 2006 but not later than August 11, 2006. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2006-2009.... | |
