Ware Malcomb gets Century City Eqinox Fitness contract

Ware Malcomb's Los Angeles office has been chosen to provide project management, construction documents and construction administration services for the Equinox Fitness Club project in Century City, the company said Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The project, located at 2025 Avenue of the Stars, is being developed by Equinox Fitness Club of New York. The project involves the remodel of an existing 25,000 square foot building that will connect to the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. ....

SIMS REVEALS HIKING AND PILATES FITNESS REGIME

Model-turned-actress MOLLY SIMS has ditched the treadmill and keeps in shape by heading to the hills with her dogs. The LAS VEGAS star has found the perfect way to stay toned and healthy - daily hikes with her pets. She says, "I got sick of being on a treadmill, so I go hiking with my dogs. I do Pilates - it's really about lengthening your body and not building up your muscle - and then yoga once or twice a week." As far as her diet goes, Sims insists on eating healthy and nibbles on raw almonds whenever hunger strikes between meals: "(It's) my best snack... I eat like 50 of them a day.
